Reserves Squad - Ipswich Town News

James Scowcroft and Kevin Horlock are included in the reserves squad for this evening's game at Portman Road against West Ham (KO 7pm). Also in the side are Jimmy Juan and Pablo Couñago.

Central defender Gerard Nash, on his way back after knee surgery, second string captain Scott Mitchell and Aidan Collins are the only other players with senior appearances included in Steve McCall's squad.

Dean McDonald, who scored a hat-trick in last week's reserve friendly against Cambridge United, looks a likely starter, probably in midfield.

Jaime Peters, who partnered McDonald up front against the U's, is unavailable for competitive games and is also away with the Canada full international side.

Lewis Price is with Wales having been called up to their senior squad for the first time and Shane Supple will play in goal in his absence. Supple is one of eight members of the FA Youth Cup U18 side in tonight's squad.

West Ham include a number of senior players, including keeper James Walker, defender Rufus Brevett and midfielder Hayden Mullins. Striker Hogan Ephraim is an England U17 colleague of Darryl Knights.

Reserves: Shane Supple, Scott Mitchell, James Krause, Jimmy Juan, Aidan Collins, Gerard Nash, Dean McDonald, Kevin Horlock, Pablo Couñago, James Scowcroft, Owen Garvan, Darryl Knights, Sammy Moore, Liam Craig, Liam Manning and Billy Clarke.
