Town Can Recall Dean - Ipswich Town News
Manager Joe Royle has confirmed that striker Dean Bowditch can be recalled from his loan spell with Burnley if Town require him during their promotion run-in. The Blues have extended Bowditch's one-month loan until the end of the season.
Royle told the club site: "He scored for Burnley at the weekend and by all accounts did well against West Ham last night, so we are happy for Dean to stay there.
"It was all about the lad getting regular first -team football when he went there and that's what he is getting.
"He is there until May but we have an agreement that he can be recalled should we need him back quickly."
