Saints Win Youths Semi - Ipswich Town News
Southampton beat Wolves 1-0 in the first leg of their FA Youth Cup semi-final at St Mary's on Wednesday night, the goal coming from Leon Best. The Blues face the winners of the tie in the final if they defeat Tottenham in their semi.
Town take on Spurs at Portman Road on Friday and at White Hart Lane next Wednesday (both KO 7pm).Wolves and the Saints play their second leg at Molineux, also on Wednesday.
The dates of the two-legged final, covered live by Sky, have changed, with the games now scheduled for Monday, April 18th and Friday, April 22nd, both matches kicking-off at 7.45pm. Should they make it, Town will be at home in the second leg.
