Westy Rated 50/50 - Ipswich Town News
Ian Westlake is rated 50/50 to make the starting line-up for this weekend's crucial televised match at home to Sunderland. The midfielder was substituted in the 74th minute of the Wolverhampton game on Monday.
"Westy took a heavy knock to his knee and there are still stud marks on it. It looks like being touch and go," Joe Royle explained.
"He was still running when we took him off, but it stiffened up afterwards and we've had him checked for any cartilage damage.
"At the moment I wouldn't rate him better than 50/50 to make it."
The match kicks-off at noon on Sunday.
