Brighton Ticket News Soon - Ipswich Town News

Fans will learn next week whether they will be able to attend Town's final game of the season at Brighton on May 8th (KO 1pm). With the Seagulls playing their games at the tiny Withdean Stadium, only around 700 tickets are made available to away supporters.

The Blues are allocating their tickets to Away Match Passport holders first, then to those supporters that the club's database shows have purchased the largest number of away tickets from the Town Ticket Office during the season, as they did for last season's derby at Carrow Road.

Qualifying fans will receive a letter from the club advising them that they are entitled to a ticket, with no seats going on general sale.

Ticket Office manager John Ford told TWTD that the club is still finalising the details: "I am hoping to have final arrangements on Friday so letters should be with supporters early next week.

"It is likely that the cut-off will be somewhere around the 11 away match mark, but this will be known on Friday.”

The game will very probably prove crucial to Town's promotion push and should be one of three live matches shown simultaneously by Sky.
