Joe Expects Davis to Play - Ipswich Town News
Boss Joe Royle says he expects keeper Kelvin Davis to be in his side at Leeds on Saturday. A report earlier today suggested that Davis's place might be in doubt due to the imminent birth of his second child.
Royle says that Davis has only an outside chance of not being involved at Elland Road: "It's probably a very long shot that Kelvin won't be playing."
The Town manager says he is targeting winning all three remaining games: "If Leeds isn't exactly a must-win game it's certainly pretty close, but you don't know what is going to happen elsewhere.
"To have a chance of going straight up it might be necessary to take nine points out of nine - but it could all change on Saturday depending what happens.
"But as things stand, we feel ourselves that we might need to win all three games to finish in the top two. All we can do is set out to achieve that and see what happens."
