Big Dunc Linked Again - Ipswich Town News
Everton striker Duncan Ferguson is once again being linked with a move to Portman Road. The former Scotland international's name has often been mentioned in connection with the Blues since Joe Royle, Ferguson's former boss at Everton, took over as manager in 2002.
A newspaper report this morning claims that Town are keen to offer the 33-year-old a two-year deal when his contract at Everton ends in the summer.
However, according to the same report, the Toffees will offer Ferguson the chance to remain at Goodison Park for another season, at the end of which the ex-Ranger is apparently keen to retire.
Birmingham and Wolves are also reported to be interested in signing Ferguson in the summer.
