Clarke's Surgery OK - Ipswich Town News
Academy frontman Billy Clarke has had his medial knee ligament operation and is now targeting a return to action in pre-season. The Irish U19 international picked up the injury in the closing stages of the FA Youth Cup semi-final second leg at Spurs and missed the final as a result.
Clarke told the club site: "The surgery went really well, no problems. Now I'm just looking forward to getting back early for pre-season in the summer."
