Mo Town Move On? - Ipswich Town News
Reports in Scotland claim Burnley full-back Mo Camara is set to snub Celtic in favour of a move to the Blues. The Guinean is apparently keen to join Town on a Bosman free transfer even if the Blues fail to win promotion.
Boss Joe Royle initially targeted Camara, a good friend of fellow Guinea international Drissa Diallo, before Christmas but Burnley manager Steve Cotterill did not want to lose one of the linchpins of the Football League's second most solid defence.
Camara's contract at Turf Moor was up at the end of the season and the 29-year-old has turned down a further deal with the Clarets.
