Two Caps for Craig - Ipswich Town News
Academy midfielder Liam Craig won two Scotland U19 caps over the weekend. The Scottish youngsters are in Austria playing UEFA U19 Championships elite round qualifiers.
Craig came on at the break in Friday's 1-0 defeat to the Greeks and came close to scoring a goal when he hit the post.
The skipper of Town's FA Youth Cup side played the first 71 minutes of the 2-0 win against Slovakia on Sunday.
Scotland complete their fixtures with a game against the hosts on Tuesday. With only the winner of the group qualifying for the finals in Northern Ireland in July, the Scots will need to beat the bottom of the table Austrians, while hoping Slovakia will defeat top of the group Greece but not too conclusively or by scoring too many goals.
