500000 for Alun - Ipswich Town News

New Town signing Alun Armstrong was this afternoon introduced to the press at Portman Road. He has signed a a three-and-a-half year deal with the Blues. The fee paid has been revealed as £500,000 which rises to £800,000 when he completes forty games with Town.

Armstrong has been given the number 34 shirt and is travelling to the North-West for Sunday's game at Liverpool and Tuesday's at Manchester City.
