Squad for Canvey Island - Ipswich Town News

Town have named the squad for tonight's reserves pre-season friendly with Canvey Island at Park Lane (KO 7.30pm). Full-back or midfielder Scott Barron continues his recovery after a groin operation.

Most of the squad were members of last season's FA Youth Cup-winning side. Irish midfielder Owen Garvan is once again left out of the reserves, which indicates he is likely to play a significant role in Friday's first team friendly at home to Atlético Madrid.
