Robinson and U17s Lose - Ipswich Town News
Academy defender Kurt Robinson and the England U17 side lost the final of the Nordic tournament 2-0 to the Republic of Ireland. Recent Town academy recruit Björn Orri Hermannsson was also in action in the tournament for hosts Iceland.
Robinson came on as a 72nd minute sub in the final, having started all three group games.
Hermannsson, a central defender or midfielder, was involved in two of Iceland's three group games, all of which they lost and in which they failed to score.
Also in action for Iceland was Viktor Unnar Illugason who spent time on trial with Town last season.
