U18s Start Season - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18 side start their FA Premier Academy League season on Saturday when they take on Barnsley at the Playford Road Training Centre (KO 1pm).
The U18s are back from last week's Doetinchem tournament in Holland where they finished fifth. The competition, which the Blues had won in 2003 and 2004, this time went to German side Schalke 04.
Town's U16 side are also in home action on Saturday, in a friendly against Cambridge United (KO 11am).
