Moore Bid Fails - Ipswich Town News
Town have failed in their bid to lure Leeds striker Ian Moore to Portman Road on a season-long loan. The 29-year-old has rarely played since moving to Elland Road last March but manager Kevin Blackwell was unwilling to allow him to join the Blues.
Boss Joe Royle told the club site: "We did speak to Leeds about Ian Moore. We were looking to bring him here on loan for the season but they turned us down."
