U18s Stung by Hornets - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18s crashed to a 5-0 defeat at Watford on Saturday morning. Better news was that the U16s defeated the Hornets 4-2.
The U18s came closest to scoring when Charlie Sheringham hit the post and Billy Clarke also hit the upright with the rebound. Ten minutes from the end Irish striker Clarke was red-carded.
Jai Reason (2), Jordan Rhodes and Jack Ainsley scored for the U16s, all the game's six goals coming in the first half.
