City Striker Linked - Ipswich Town News
Manchester City youngster Ishmael Miller is the latest striker to be linked with a loan move to the Blues. The 18-year-old has impressed in City's reserves this season and is reportedly close to a first team call-up at Eastlands.
Town have been on the look-out for an additional frontman since Nicky Forster underwent knee surgery in August. However, with Forster set to return to the bench against Crewe on Saturday, boss Joe Royle may turn his attention more towards recruiting a midfielder to replace Ian Westlake, out of action until December with an ankle injury.
