Reserves Travel to Palace - Ipswich Town News

Striker Nicky Forster continues his comeback from injury this evening when the reserves take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park (KO 7pm). Forster, missing since August after undergoing a cartilage operation, scored Town's winner after coming off the bench against Crewe on Saturday.

The summer free signing will be aiming to get himself fit ready to start against former club Reading a week on Sunday.

Town have failed to get permission to field trialist Adam Proudlock, the former Sheffield Wednesday player looking unlikely to be available to the Blues until January.

Jimmy Juan will be looking to put in another good display after impressing against Crewe. The Frenchman may be in with a chance of his first league start against the Royals.

Also in the squad are Jaime Peters, Matt Richards and Dean McDonald with the rest of the 16 made up of members of last season's FA Youth Cup-winning side.

Reserves: Shane Supple, Sammy Moore, Scott Barron, Jimmy Juan, Aidan Collins, James Krause, Jaime Peters, Matt Richards, Nicky Forster, Dean McDonald, Liam Trotter, Danny Haynes, Liam Craig, Darryl Knights, Chris Casement, Cathal Lordan.
