Holland Wants Return - Ipswich Town News

Former skipper Matt Holland says he would like to return to Portman Road at some stage during his career. Holland has not been a regular at Charlton this season but a loan at Town looks out of the question with his wages well beyond the Blues.

The Irish international midfielder said: "I would love to return to Ipswich Town. You never know what is around the corner, but I would really like to come back in some capacity."

Holland's contract with the Addicks is up in the summer of 2007 by which time he would be 33 and looking for one final move before he hangs up his boots and in all probability goes into management.
