New loan signing Adam Proudlock has been fined £1,000 and disqualified for 20 months after pleading guilty to a drink-drive charge at Telford Magistrates' Court earlier today. Proudlock joined the Blues on a three-month loan yesterday.
The 24-year-old striker was stopped by police on the A41 at Weston Heath, Shropshire on September 23rd, three weeks after his sacking by Sheffield Wednesday for repeatedly breaching the Owls' code of conduct.
Proudlock, who comes from Newport in Shropshire, was ordered to pay the fine as well as costs, with magistrates suggesting he take a drink-driving course.
