Norwegian on Trial - Ipswich Town News
Norwegian Vemund Brekke Skard is joining the Blues on a week's trial from Sunday. Skard is a midfielder who plays in his native country for second division side Brumunddal.
The 24-year-old impressed a Town scout who was in Norway to watch another player in action for Oslo Øst against Brumunddal on Sunday.
Skard says he is not coming to England expecting to win himself a deal: "I don't know what is going to happen. I see it as a good opportunity and a pleasant experience."
