Skard May Get Deal - Ipswich Town News
Norwegian midfielder Vemund Brekke Skard has impressed Town bosses during his week's trial at Portman Road and Joe Royle is weighing up whether to offer him a contract. Skard, 24, is with the Blues until Friday.
Royle said: "Skard did fine considering he has come from amateur football in Norway. We still have a couple of days before we make a decision but he has impressed.
"The main thing though is we need impact players, someone who can come in and make a difference. We are well stocked for the future, it is now we need someone."
The Norwegian is out of contract with his current club Brumunddal.
