Skard Rock - Ipswich Town News

New Town signing Vermund Brekke Skard doesn't just have footballing talents, it appears he also has a flair for music. The midfielder, who watched the Blues defeat Plymouth on Saturday, and a team-mate recorded a song to celebrate his former club Brumunddal's promotion to the Norwegian second division in 2004.

Skard and Tore Lars Skjelseth wrote Blø for Dala (Bleed for Dala - Dala being Brumunddal's nickname) after their elevation to Norway's 2 Divisjon last year.

TWTD has obtained a copy of Blø for Dala which you can hear here.

We look forward to a future song celebrating Town's promotion to the Premiership, presumably with a reference to Skard bleeding blue blood.
