Reserves Lose to Chelsea - Ipswich Town News
Town's reserves lost 2-1 to Chelsea at Aldershot's Recreation Ground on Monday night. The Blues were ahead at half-time through Adam Proudlock but the Londoners hit back in the second half, Phil Younghusband equalising and then Joe Keenan scoring the winner in the final minute.
Proudlock lashed in a volley in the 15th minute, his first goal in a Town shirt.
Irish defender Gerard Nash continued his recovery after his summer cartilage operation, playing the full 90 minutes.
Reserves: Shane Supple, Sammy Moore, James Krause, Ian Westlake, Aidan Collins, Gerard Nash, Jaime Peters, Scott Barron, Billy Clarke (Danny Haynes 81), Adam Proudlock, Liam Craig (Liam Trotter 81). Unused: Chris Casement, Stuart Ainsley, Cathal Lordan.
