Youths Draw Leeds - Ipswich Town News
Leeds United are the Town U18 side's first opponents as they seek to retain the FA Youth Cup. The young Blues travel to Elland Road for a tricky third round tie.
Two seasons ago the U18s travelled to West Yorkshire at the same stage of the competition, defeating the Whites 2-1 after extra-time, the goals coming from Aidan Collins and Darryl Knights.
Many of last year's victorious team are still available for the competition this time around, although skipper Liam Craig, Aidan Collins, Shane Supple, Cathal Lordan, Michael Synnott and James Krause are all now too old.
Third round ties must be played on or before Saturday 17th December on a club's main ground.
