Westy Injury Concern - Ipswich Town News
Boss Joe Royle says he is concerned about the foot injury Ian Westlake picked up in the 4-2 reserves win at Charlton. Westlake scored the opening goal before limping off in the 27th minute.
Royle said: "Westy scored a good goal but we have a concern over his injury and he was limping heavily when he came off.
"He took a heavy blow on his foot and we'll have more idea about the problem in the morning, but hopefully it's just bruising.
"It's too early to tell whether he will be available for the Cardiff game, but with the match being on Monday it will obviously help."
