Boss Joe Royle has confirmed our earlier report that Aidan Collins, Liam Craig and Cathal Lordan will not be retained at the end of the season. It is our understanding that Craig is already interesting SPL side Falkirk and Lordan could join Gillingham for a trial spell.
Royle told the club site: "All three are good players but we have decided that they will have a better chance of establishing a career for themselves in the game elsewhere.
"They are contracted to be with us until the end of the season but we have decided to make them available now before the stampede starts in June.
"We will do everything we can to try and help them find another club, thank them for their efforts and wish them well in the future."
All three won the FA Youth Cup with Town last season.
