Tangerine Dean? - Ipswich Town News

Blackpool and Gillingham are the two clubs keen on signing Dean Bowditch on loan. The England U19 striker has asked to leave Portman Road for a spell as he is not currently in the first team at Town.

The Tangerines made an unsuccessful loan bid for Dean McDonald last week and have been keeping an eye on Town's reserve games of late.

Bowditch is contracted with the Blues until 2008 and it is not likely any move will become permanent.
