U18s Draw With Addicks - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18s drew 1-1 with Charlton at their Sparrows Lane training ground on Friday afternoon. Charlie Sheringham netted the Blues' goal from the penalty spot with two minutes remaining.
Charlton opened the scoring, also from the spot, in the 75th minute through James Walker, just back from a loan spell playing alongside Gerard Nash at Hartlepool.
Prior to the goals, the Blues hit the woodwork three times via Kieran Leabon, Björn Orri Hermannsson and Charlie Sheringham, who was once again watched by his father Teddy.
