Joe Looking for Loanee - Ipswich Town News
Joe Royle is still looking for a loan striker while Sam Parkin, Danny Haynes, Adam Proudlock and Nicky Forster recover from their injuries. Proudlock isn't far from a return, Parkin three weeks away, Haynes four and Forster almost certainly out for the rest of the season.
Royle told the club site: "I'll be making two calls on Monday to clubs because I'm still keen on bringing in a loan striker.
"I'll apologise in advance to the clubs because, with our striker jinx, the players in question will probably go down injured now!
"It happened last week; I asked about a player in the morning and by the afternoon he was injured."
