Boss Joe Royle has been charged with improper conduct by the FA for an incident at the recent home game with Leeds. Royle was incensed by the late award of a penalty for a handball by Jason De Vos.
The Town manager appeared to have an altercation with the fourth official and was highly critical of the referee after the match, although it's unclear what the charge, under FA Rule E3, precisely relates to.
