Wilnis Close to Signing - Ipswich Town News
Boss Joe Royle says defender Fabian Wilnis is close to signing the one-year deal the Blues offered him last month. The Town manager says the Dutchman has enjoyed another good season.
Royle said: "Fabian continues to do well for us. We are talking to his advisors and hopefully we can get pen to paper soon.
"He has what we consider to be a good new offer on the table."
Canadian defender Jason De Vos was offered a two-year deal at the same time as Wilnis and has said he expects to sign and see out the rest of his career with the Blues.
