Jim Considering Move - Ipswich Town News
Boss Joe Royle says that Jim Magilton is weighing-up whether to take the player-coach job at Oxford United. TWTD reported yesterday that the Northern Irishman has been offered the chance to rejoin the U's as new boss Darren Patterson's assistant.
Royle said: "Oxford have officially contacted us asking to sign Jim.
"I have told Oxford and Jim that it is entirely up the them what they decide. We owe Jim that and I will accept what ever he decides."
Magilton's contract with the Blues is up at the end of the season and has been told he can leave on a free transfer if he finds himself another club.
