Ainsley on Trial With U's - Ipswich Town News

Released academy full-back or midfielder Stuart Ainsley will join Colchester United on trial this week. The 18-year-old spent last week trying his luck with Northampton Town.

Ainsley's spell with the Cobblers saw him score for their reserves in a 4-0 victory over Stevenage Borough on Tuesday.
