Game Move Confirmed - Ipswich Town News
Reports this morning are confirming that Town's Worthington Cup semi-final second leg at St Andrews's has moved to Tuesday January 30th. Expect statements of annoyance from David Sheepshanks and Birmingham officials as the day goes on.
Sheepshanks said yesterday he was "unhappy" that the game might be moved, while David Gold, the Birmingham chairman said: "What disappoints me is the assumption that Aston Villa's Premiership game is more important than our Worthington Cup semi-final."
A view that I don't think many fans of either club would argue with.
