Midfielder Cathal Lordan is spending a second spell on trial at Bradford City. The Irish youngster, scorer of two goals in the first leg of last season's FA Youth Cup final, has been told be will not be offered a professional contract with Town in the summer.
Lordan, who has previously had trials with Gillingham, Southend and Cork City, was with the Bantams for a week earlier in the month, playing one reserve game.
The former Ireland U18 international was withdrawn from Town's reserve side playing at Leicester on Tuesday to return to West Yorkshire and play for Bradford's second string - alongside ex-Blue Bobby Petta - against Stoke City on Wednesday.
