Game Moves Again! - Ipswich Town News
Birmingham City now say that our Worthington Cup semi-final second leg has moved again! This time to Wednesday January 31st, the date Town's match with Aston Villa was scheduled for.
Apparently the Football League have informed City of the new date and that it is the preferred date of Town. Presumably Town pushed for a Wednesday fixture as many fans had already sorted accommodation and travel arrangements.
Karren Brady, who seems on the verge of explosion, said: "Unbelievably, the Football League have yet again changed the date and we will now play on Wednesday 31st January. I can only apologise to all supporters involved but must lay the blame firmly at the door of the Football League for what has been a series of mishandling and mismanagement of this fixture."
Any future date changes will be brought to you as soon as we get them.
