Town Face Boston - Ipswich Town News
The Blues will send a side to face Boston United in a pre-season friendly on Saturday, 8th July. Town are likely to field the first team, using the match as a warm-up for the pre-season tour of Belgium and Holland the following week.
Last year a strong Town team defeated the Pilgrims 5-2 at York Street, the goals coming from Nicky forster (2), Owen Garvan, Jim Magilton and an Alan White own goal.
The Town squad return for pre-season training on June 26th.
