Royle Linked With Rams - Ipswich Town News
Departing Town boss Joe Royle is already being linked with the vacant manager's job at Derby County. Royle was previously mentioned in connection with the Rams in early April.
Six weeks ago a tabloid newspaper claimed Royle was the first choice of the consortium of five local businessmen led by former chairman Peter Gadsby looking at buying the debt-ridden Midlands club.
The report was denied at the time by all parties, but may well prove to have some foundation now that Gadsby's group have taken control at Pride Park and Royle has left the Blues.
