Hibs: No Comment - Ipswich Town News
Hibernian are refusing to comment on reports that they have acceded to Town's request to speak to their manager Tony Mowbray. Yesterday, the Blues asked to speak to the former Town skipper and coach with regard to the vacant manager's position at Portman Road.
A Hibs statement read simply: "We do not comment on speculation."
Elsewhere, Hull City manager Peter Taylor has ruled himself out of the race to take over at Charlton and is keen to remain at the KC Stadium. The Tigers were also reported to be interested in taking Mowbray away from Hibernian had Taylor departed.
