Willie Set for Millwall - Ipswich Town News
Former Town assistant manager Willie Donachie is reported to be on the verge of joining Millwall in a similar role. New Lions boss Nigel Spackman is said to want the former Scottish international full-back as his deputy at the Den.
Donachie left Portman Road last week after Jim Magilton was named the Blues' new manager.
Elsewhere, ex-Town striker Richard Logan has joined Conference side Weymouth having been released by Peterborough United, while former loanee Alan Mahon has completed his £200,000 move from Wigan to Burnley. The Irishman joined the Clarets on loan in March with the permanent switch the ultimate aim once the transfer window opened.
