Richards on Track - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Matt Richards is on course to start pre-season training with the rest of the squad on June 26th. Richards missed the end of last season with an ankle injury.
Fitness coach Simon Thadani told the club site: "Matt is doing OK and will be running with the lads on the first day of pre-season.
"He will also spend the afternoons doing fitness work, multi-directional movements, that sort of thing, and the way it stands at the moment he should be fine for the start of the new season."
