Clapham at Wolves - Ipswich Town News
Former Blue Jamie Clapham is on trial with Wolverhampton Wanderers. The left-back or midfielder was recently linked with a return to Town, having been released by Birmingham City at the end of the season.
Another Town target, ex-Southampton midfielder Matt Oakley, is reported to be a target of Premiership Charlton. Boss Jim Magilton has confirmed his interest in his former Dell team-mate, but the 28-year-old's wage demands are well beyond the Blues.
Elsewhere, talks regarding Kelvin Davis's move from Sunderland to Southampton continue. The keeper has agreed personal terms but the clubs are still discussing the fee.
