Jim Magilton was not mentioned in Andy D'Urso's report after Saturday's game at Chelsea. Magilton had a shout at D'Urso after the game complaining at the bad penalty decision and John McGreal's sending off.

Wayne Brown had to drag the Ulsterman away, but it seems Magilton has got away without any punishment from the FA.

Magilton was sent a letter of warning by the FA in the summer after he was charged with misconduct for an incident during the play-off semi-final second leg with Bolton. It seems Jim's luck is holding up!
