Clapham Joins Wolves - Ipswich Town News
Town target Jamie Clapham has joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on a two-year contract. The former Blue had reportedly held talks with new boss Jim Magilton before deciding to move to Molineux where he spent last week on trial.
Clapham, released by Birmingham this summer, played a trial game for Sheffield United on Friday but it appears that negotiations with Mick McCarthy's new club were already well advanced.
Meanwhile, former Town trialist Indridi Sigurdsson has joined KR ReykjavÃk back in Iceland, while Marko Kolsi, who also joined the Blues on the pre-season tour, has signed for Dutch side TOP Oss.
