Iraqi Kit in Use - Ipswich Town News
Cpt Mark Stoneman of the US Army has sent TWTD some photos of the kit we collected over the Christmas period in use in Iraq. Late last year Town fan Mark asked TWTD to instigate a collection of kit for the football mad people of Hamrin where he was then based.
Over 500 shirts plus shorts, socks, shin pads, gloves and other equipment was donated with the club providing unsold shirts and other items from Planet Blue. The kit is now in use in a newly formed 'Hamrin League'.
