Academy schoolboy Jack Ainsley scored both goals as the England U17 side defeated Norway 2-1 at the Nordic Tournament in the Faroes. England's third successive victory takes them through to the final.
Ainsley had previously score in England's opening game win against Sweden.
In the other group, new academy recruit Viktor Unnar Illugason and Iceland lost 2-0 to the hosts.
