Nielsen Link - Ipswich Town News

It seems it is going to be one of those weeks with Town now linked to FC Copenhagen striker David Nielsen. Neilsen looks likely to go to Sheffield Wednesday who have agreed a fee of £450,000 with the Dane's club, but Town are mentioned as a possible alternative destination for the 24-year-old.

Nielsen spent a spell on loan at Grimsby who had agreed a fee for the player before the deal broke down over personal terms. Town are reported as having arrived late on the scene to try and scupper Wednesday's attempt to sign the player, however like the Bryan Hughes story, we're a long way convinced of any truth in it whatsoever.

TWTD is introducing a new daily feature entitled Do You Remember? Every day we will ask for judgement on a Town player, manager, match or whatever via the website. These will then be added to the A-Z section of the site.

The first subject to get the once over from fans is Graham Harbey. What do you remember about him? See the Message Board and click the link at the top: http://www.twtd.co.uk/messages There will be another one along tomorrow.

The A-Z can be found via the menu on the left of the Message Board.
