Hilton Leaves Academy - Ipswich Town News
Academy coach Paul Hilton has left the Blues to become youth coach at Gillingham. Hilton takes up the full-time role with the Gills having been a part-timer at Playford Road.
Hilton, a former West Ham player, joined the Town academy in 2000 and worked with youngsters at various ages during his time at the club.
