I've always felt the best referees are the ones that you hear the least about. In other words, that's Mike Dean and Mark Clattenburg ruled out. Mike Jones or Bobby Madley for me.

Bobby Madley is another egomaniac who wants all the attention on himself. Michael Oliver tries to enforce rules like excessive pulling/pushing in the box and bookings for dives but that naturally gets the crowd on his back and he becomes over keen to 'balance things out'. If more refs reffed like him the game would improve marginally.

	Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.
